Deep South Reptile Rescue is a company based in Cape Town South Africa. We are dedicated to conservation through education about snakes and other reptiles. We specialize in snake safety and awareness and rehabilitation of wild herpefuna in the Western Cape. We offer training course and educational shows as well as run a public snake relocation services for snakes that find themselves in situations that may be dangerous for people or pets. We rehabilitate sick or injured wild reptiles for re-release as well as provide sanctuary for unwanted pets. We advocate for safe, professional and ethical handling and treatment of all animals. Our moto is Don't fear them, understand them and respect them. Fear is the lack of knowledge and we can learn to appreciate them and live and let live. Respect nature and stay safe.
