1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to submit or manage a channel listing.

You represent that any information you provide is accurate and up to date, and you will promptly notify us about material changes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the directory, interfere with other users, or attempt to access non-public systems.

Prohibited content includes spam, misleading promotions, illegal activities, and any material that violates WhatsApp or local regulations.

3. Submitted Content and License

By submitting a channel you grant Channel Atlas a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the information you provide for directory and promotional purposes.

You confirm you have the necessary rights to publish the submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Service Availability and Liability

Channel Atlas Connect is provided on an “as is” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of listings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms, legal obligations, or community standards without prior notice.
